I am a former professional athlete, Ironman winner and top 10 finisher at the Ironman Hawaii World Championships.
I was part of the Swiss triathlon national team for 15 years. During and after my athletic career, I
have coached numerous age group athletes and was able to lead an athlete to the Ironman Hawaii
World Championship title in her age group.
In addition, I have always enjoyed helping people to achieve a healthier lifestyle and a better quality
of life. Making the tools I have learned from high-performance sports accessible to everyone.
Whether someone seeks improvement in appearance, wellbeing or performance. Witnessing the
progress and making a positive impact on somebody’s life is incredibly gratifiying.
Since retiring, I have continued pursuing my passion and remained loyal to competitive sports. I
have completed my Master’s degree in business and sports management and have been managing
one of the largest national sports centers in Switzerland.
At OneLifeMyLife, I add value through my extensive background in high-performance sports and
endurance coaching, combined with my expertise in business management. My aim is to assist you
in establishing routines that enable you to lead a healthier and better life, despite the pressures of
today’s world.
I am a former professional athlete and member of the Swiss triathlon national team.
Following a promising 2nd place finish at the Duathlon World Championships in the junior category
and securing numerous podium spots in the elite category over the half-Ironman distance, I found
myself sidelined more often than not. My athletic career was a journey of dealing with countless
injuries, leaving me wishing for more time on the race courses.
Yet, in retrospect, I’m content knowing I never gave up on what matters most to me: uncovering my
true potential and exploring the limits in human performance. This journey shaped me into who I am
today, equipped with a wealth of expertise of fundamentals in high-performance lifestyle.
With extensive experience managing finance and digitalization projects, I possess a strong affinity
for numbers and data analysis, enabling me to interpret and evaluate them accurately.
As a life guide, I focus on mastering routines across physical activity, nutrition, emotional health and
rest & recovery. There is no universal formula for the perfect daily routine. The most effective
approach is the one tailored to suit your individual needs. This is what I will bring to the
OneLifeMyLife team, and thus to our ride together towards achieving your personal goal.
I am a dedicated and highly qualified medical professional with a strong expertise in both, traditional and complementary medical practices.
Drawing from a background in psychosocial and physical medicine, I have broadened my expertise
across various areas, including sports medicine, manual medicine and the emerging fields of
orthomolecular medicine, gut health and bioidentical hormone therapies.
For many years, I served as an association doctor for esteemed sports organization like Swiss
Cycling, Swiss Ski and the Liechtenstein Football Association. Additionally, my proficiency extends
to the rigorous realm of extreme endurance sports. Participating in six editions of the RAAM (Race
Across America) as both a doctor and team leader, I contributed to three winning teams.
My dedication to lifelong learning and a holistic approach to patient care, characterized by
individualized attention and the greatest possible personal responsibility, positions me as a valuable
asset to the OneLifeMyLife team.
Today, I look back on a unique career path that leads from carpentry to computer science to a Master’s degree in cognitive neuroscience.
Fueled by a profound passion for neuroscience and both, physical and emotional health, I have built
my journey on the bedrock of science. My life has been shaped by an extraordinary thirst for
knowledge and a desire to enrich the world around me through informed insight and personal
transformation.
Alongside my personal commitment to sports and daily meditation, I leverage my expertise to guide
people in behavioral change. Using a personalized and comprehensive systemic coaching approach.
That empowers individuals to effectively manage stress, cultivate a positive mindset and navigate
through the entire spectrum of emotions that we encounter in everyday life. I aim to foster greater
resilience to stress, ultimately contributing to overall well-being.
Today, I am responsible for emotional health at OneLifeMyLife. Channeling both my expertise and
passion to actively promote wellbeing and emotional health for you. The mental aspect can’t be
estimated high enough, especially when it comes to the influence it has on your ability to achieve
your goal.
